Sip Spring Labels: you be the judge

So here are the two shortlisted labels we have put together for sip Spring water. Imagine the labels are clear,  not white. As I mentioned in the last post we're just trying to convey our core strengths and beliefs.

  • Keep it British; why ship water from overseas when we've got some of the best water in the world right here in the UK.
  • Pure; just delicious spring water straight from the hills of Pembrokeshire
  • Fun; well I think the label is fun and have always believed that our attitude towards drinking water and staying healthy should be approached in an informed but lighthearted way. We are only human after all.

I look forward to hearing from you either here on the blog or email me directly at kate.cazenove@sipdrink.com

New year, new flavour!

I'm new to this so bear with me but Genna has persuaded me that I should embrace blogging for 2010 so here goes as I sit here with a mug of hot Lemongrass & Ginger Sip - it really works!

It can be quite hard to get really enthusiastic about chilled drinks in this weather but we're currently working on lots of new ideas for sip in 2010 including some delicious new flavours. We're saying goodbye to Ruby Orange and want to replace it with one of 2 flavours that Genna and I have fallen in love with. Cherry or Blackcurrant are on the shortlist and I'd love to hear from any of you as to which one would be your favourite so do, please let us know. My daughters are crazy about the cherry but I think that we should broaden the tester base a little more...As you can see from the picture, Elderflower has been Tabitha's firm favourite for awhile so feeling confident we've picked some winners!

We're also planning to launch a sip Spring water soon. sip Original was launched for those that know that they should regularly drink water but just find it a bit boring and wanted something a little different. Well, I'm passionate about water and am thrilled to announce that we've found an amazing British water which comes from the most beautiful part of Wales. sip water will come from a family run organic farm in Pembrokeshire, which takes 15 years to filter through before we get to drink it. It's light, sweet and completely delicious. We've been working on the designs, trying to produce a label that will reflect what sip is all about; British, pure and fun! We have got down to two favourites and again, we'd love to hear from you as to which one would make you pick it up off the shelf! Alternatively, if you think they're awful - tell me! Will put them on the next post later today once I've worked out how to do it!

I can't tell you how much we appreciate getting feedback from you all - good or bad. Any ideas about anything, get in touch - it's important to us. Hope to hear from you and here's to a great 2010! Kate!
